RETURNS: Due to Chiquelle's warehouse move all returns received after the 19th of December will be handled and processed during the first week(s) of January with a 2-3 weeks delay unfortunately. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, hope for your understanding and thank you for your patience.
Unfortunately, during our stock move, we are unable to register your return. We will process it as soon as the system allows us.

EXCHANGES: Due to Chiquelle’s warehouse move all exchanges coming in after the 19th of December will not be handled before the 10th of January. Please place a new order with your new size or color and we will refund the shipping costs and handle your returned package with your exchange as a return. (2-3 weeks delay). We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, hope for your understanding and thank you for your patience.
Cancellations, returns & refunds
Under the Distance Selling Regulations (European & Swedish law) you can cancel/return your order at any time within 14 days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods. You must retain and take reasonable care of the products you want to return. The goods must be sent back to our warehouse in good condition, in their original box with all tags, including any Chiquelle hangtags, attached and well packaged.
How to return an item?
Please follow the instructions on the return form included in your package. If you lost it, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
You can return your item(s) within 14 days from the day you received your package. Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping charges. You will be charged 59 NOK for the return costs.
Refunds will be processed within approximately 14 working days after we receive your return. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment.
1. Fill in the return form attached in your package (or ask for one if you have lost it)
2. Securely pack your item(s) using the original package.
3. Bring your package back to your closest Bring Service Point
